Safety and Wellness --- ![SafetyFirst](https://m2sgroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/SafetyFirst.png?width=400&height=98&name=SafetyFirst.png "SafetyFirst")     ### Building a Safer Workplace     We’ve achieved a 50% reduction in workplace injuries by focusing on improving safety practices and creating a safer environment.  ### Empowering Through Training And Participation     Over 95% of our team members have completed required safety training courses, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to identify and manage risks effectively. ### Investing In Safety Improvements     More than $750,000 has been allocated to upgrading equipment, enhancing safety features, and implementing corrective actions based on safety audits. ### Holistic Wellness For All     Recognizing that safety extends beyond physical measures, we have introduced a holistic wellness program that supports the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of our workforce. ## Low Environmental Impact --- ![Greenhouse Gas Emissions](https://m2sgroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Greenhouse%20Gas@150x.png?width=475&height=323&name=Greenhouse%20Gas@150x.png) #### Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions We’re committed to reducing emissions by 25% by 2030, with an interim target of a 5% reduction in 2025.  In the past year, we have reduced emissions by 9%, largely due to a major coater upgrade, demonstrating how operational improvements drive meaningful progress toward a low carbon future. ![Landfill Diversion 2@150x](https://m2sgroup.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Landfill%20Diversion%202@150x.png?width=475&height=320&name=Landfill%20Diversion%202@150x.png) #### Advancing Waste Management Our goal is to reduce our landfill diversion metric by 10% by conducting waste audits at all facilities and optimizing resource recovery. 85% of our products are pulp-based and recyclable. We track six waste streams and are aiming for a 10% improvement in landfill diversion by 2025. Despite growth, our original sites used 10% less electricity in 2024 (excluding the Iconex acquisition). These studies identified opportunities for material optimization, emissions reduction, and waste efficiency.
